Back to School, Back to Quilting?
Hello to my favorite quilters!
I guess whether it is back to school, or back to quilting, it is a sign of Fall nearing, and more time to sew! Yea!
Who left quilting for the summer, anyway?
If you have looked at the calander lately, it is Saturday, and next week-end is Labor Day week-end! Just to remind you, we will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 3rd. If you need anything, better pick it up before. Have a safe holiday, and if you can, make time to sew a stitch or two! It is cheaper than therapy, and a LOT more fun, too.
On Sept 21-23, I will have a booth at the Indian Summer Quilt Show located in the Downtown Civic Center. Please note, this is a new venue! 207 4th Street North, Fargo, ND. You can find more information re: the times, etc. at www.ndquilts.com. This is also a Conference and there will be some classes, too, so sign up early for the best chance to get in! Classes and lectures for all levels, taught by local, regional, and national instructors.
New this year, Longarm quilting classes by Sharon Schamber, from Payson, AZ. Show admission is $5.00 per day, or $12 for the 3-day pass.
Here at Comforts of Home we recieved quite a few bolts from the Basic Grey Line "Little Black Dress". It came in yesterday, (Friday) and already ladies were eyeing some of the fabric for a new fall purse or bag. Come on in an check it out.
Remember, this is the last week of our special. Spend $25.00 and pick out a pattern from our specially marked bin!
Yours in fashion,
